Nexodec-L is a potent dual-action therapy combining:

Indications of Nexodec L

  • GERD with motility disorders

  • Functional & non-ulcer dyspepsia

  • Chronic gastritis & diabetic gastroparesis

  • Acid reflux with bloating, early satiety & delayed gastric emptying

Dosage and Administration

  • 1 capsule daily, 30 mins before a meal

  • Swallow whole; do not crush or chewAdjust dose based on physician’s guidance

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity to ingredients

  • GI bleeding, obstruction, or perforation

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders

  • History of breast cancer or prolactin-dependent tumors

  • Moderate/severe renal or hepatic impairment

Warnings and Precautions:

  • May cause CNS side effects like restlessness or tremors (levosulpiride)

  • Long-term PPI use can lead to magnesium or B12 deficiency

  • Use with caution in elderly, pregnant or lactating women

  • Avoid abrupt withdrawal after long-term use

Drug Interactions:

  • Levosulpiride may interact with anticholinergics, CNS depressants

  • Esomeprazole can reduce absorption of drugs like ketoconazole, iron salts

  • Monitor when used with QT-prolonging agents
