Nexodec-HP Kit is a combination therapy designed to eliminate Helicobacter pylori infection, the leading cause behind peptic ulcers, chronic gastritis, and functional dyspepsia.

Each daily kit contains three potent agents, Clarithromycin, Amoxicillin, and Esomeprazole, working in synergy to ensure complete eradication and lasting relief.

Dosage & Administration

  • One full kit per day (2 tablets of each), taken in divided doses

  • Follow your physician’s directions

  • Complete the full course (typically 7–14 days)

  • Take tablets before or with meals

  • Swallow Esomeprazole whole—do not chew

Warnings & Precautions

  • Avoid if allergic to penicillin

  • Use with caution in liver or kidney impairment
