MAXTHIO™ Injection delivers high-strength Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), formulated as a sterile, clear injectable solution for rapid correction of thiamine deficiency.
It is suitable for both intramuscular and intravenous use and plays a crucial role in preventing neurological and metabolic complications in critically ill or malnourished patients.
Indications – When to Use MAXTHIO™ injection
MAXTHIO™ injection is recommended for the treatment and prevention of:

Thiamine deficiency (Vitamin B1 deficiency)

Wernicke’s encephalopathy

Beri-beri
-
Alcoholic neuropathy
-
Supportive therapy in ICU/critically ill patients with suspected vitamin B depletion

Dosage & Administration

Use only as prescribed by a registered medical practitioner

Administer via IM or slow IV injection

Inspect visually for any particulate matter or discoloration prior to administration

Warnings & Precautions

Not for use in newborns or premature infants

Use caution during IV administration — monitor for hypersensitivity or anaphylaxis

Discontinue if any allergic reaction occurs

Do not use if the solution is discolored or contains particles
